  I love doing business with organizations that demonstrate high integrity. I had trouble getting my wife's car to start during the last cold spell. After toying with it and charging it a couple of times it finally started. I wasted no time in going over to Batteries Plus in St. Cloud and upon arriving I informed the attendant that I needed a new battery. Fortunately he did not take me at my word and suggested we go test things first to make sure. That seemed sensible to me and so we proceeded outside to test the battery and charging system. As it turns out the battery was just fine, just a little run down. I was told to drive around for a half hour and he guaranteed my car would start in the morning. He was correct. They could have sold me a new battery and I would not have known the difference. Instead they did the right thing and sold me nothing. Batteries Plus may have lost an immediate sale but they have gained a lifelong customer. Integrity only counts if you can walk the talk. Batteries Plus walks the talk.
