  I had a knee scooter delivered to me at St. Cloud Hospital after I broke my ankle, the gentleman was very friendly and nice. He told me that all I had to do was call them when I was done with it and they would come and pick it up. When I Went back to St. Cloud for a doctors appointment I called them and told them that the scooter would be at the orthopedic clinic and they could pick it up there. They became very rude with me and told me that they could only pick it up from an address and that they would charge me $65 to pick it up. what!? He didn't say anything to me when he delivered the scooter! Unfortunately I had thrown away the contract so I had no proof that he didn't say anything about the pick up fee. So they went online and found out that I could drop it off with a different corner medical store. I did not want to deal with the people in St. Cloud again.
