  Response from the owner: I am confused by the recent post by John Theis. Our store had used he and his father for installations but that was over 3 years ago. At that time, they were satisfied with our working relationship and have approached us about additional work. I believe that he has us confused with another store and would hope that he would talk to us about this supposed experience.
