I was waiting to pay for my items as there was an employee helping a woman out. There was another employee, who could've opened the next counter so I could pay. By the time I approached the first counter, she then opened the other counter. Frankly, this is the second time I've had a bad experience from Superamerica and there's a chance that I won't be returning for quite a while.
